Welcome to ClearCoastDetails. By booking or using our mobile detailing services, visiting our website (www.ClearCoastDetails.com), or communicating with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Offered

ClearCoastDetails provides professional mobile auto detailing services at customer-selected locations. Services may include exterior washing, waxing, interior vacuuming, shampooing, and other detailing work as described in our service menu.

2. Booking and Payment

  • Appointments can be scheduled through our website, phone, or text.

  • Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards, mobile payment apps, or cash.

  • Prices may vary based on vehicle condition, size, or service location. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins.

3. Cancellations and No-Shows

  • You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance at no cost.

  • Late cancellations (under 24 hours) may incur a $25 fee.

  • No-shows may be charged 50% of the service fee.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Please ensure the vehicle is accessible at the time of service.

  • Remove personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle.

  • Inform us of any pre-existing damage or special concerns.

  • Provide a safe, legal location for us to perform the service (e.g., driveway, parking lot).

5. Satisfaction Guarantee and Limitations

  • If you're not satisfied with the results, contact us within 24 hours. We may offer a touch-up or partial/full refund, depending on the situation.

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, severe stains, or wear and tear that cannot be corrected by detailing.

  • Certain results (e.g., stain removal, odor elimination) are not guaranteed if vehicle condition is beyond standard service expectations.

6. Weather and Safety

We may reschedule appointments due to inclement weather, unsafe conditions, or limited lighting. You will be notified as soon as possible if rescheduling is necessary.

7. Liability

  • We are fully insured and take great care during every service.

  • However, we are not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing issues, aftermarket modifications, or acts beyond our control (e.g., weather, road conditions).

  • You agree to release ClearCoastDetails from liability for any such claims unless caused by proven negligence.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, branding, and service materials are the property of ClearCoastDetails and may not be used without written permission.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or misuse your data.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be posted on our website with the effective date.
